Chef Selz is a media chef celebrity recently airing his special, "The Navy Chef Challenge" on the Food Network. He is currently in the process of co-producing several more TV programs. Chef Selz is currently writing two cookbooks. Chef Selz was a former chef for President Bill Clinton, instructor at the Culinary Institute of America and currently owner of C.H.E.F. (Culinary Home Education with Friends) the newest form of culinary entertainment in Westchester County. We have recently showcased Chef Selz in several fundraisers in the Westchester area, for which he has brought the highest sale of $5000.00 each in his last three events.

- Chef Selz and his culinary team will meet with the winner to personalize their menu and schedule an event date. We ask at least a month notice of client's event date to ensure availability.
- Chef Selz and his culinary team will prepare prior to event and execute an evening of culinary delight.
- Winner will be responsible for the food and wine for the event.
