Take-off Checklist:
- Full set of Finished/Finalized plans
- Foundation Plan
- 1st Floor Plan
- 2nd Floor Plan (if it applies)
- Detail sheet showing elevations
- Roof or "Bird´s Eye" view
- All Sections
- Material Takeoff checklist (filled out)
- Account Number or Information with name, address, telephone number, salesman number, etc.

Williams Lumber is able to offer its customers and contractors a "close to cost" estimating system called the DQ2000.
If you are a customer who has a complete set of plans to scale we can develop a list of materials for you.
Here is what we would need to get you started:
- A full set of complete plans
- A material takeoff checklist (see pdf link at right)
- Your account number or full information
