Our drivers are responsible for making local deliveries of lumber and building products. You will assist with the loading and tie down of materials to be delivered and check loads against invoices and be responsible for unloading at the customer’s home or job site. Experience with a moffet or boom is preferred, but Williams does offer training and certification as needed. A clean drivers’ license and drug test is required, as well as a Medical Examiner Certificate.

Our lumber yard associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service by filling orders, verifying the type, quantity, and size of materials purchased, cutting stock to size required, and using the stationary power saw. Williams Lumber will train and certify you for the forklift, but experience using a forklift is a plus. Our Lumber Yard positions offer unique opportunities to learn more about the Lumber industry and to grow within the company.
Williams Lumber provides a set, predictable schedule for all our associates. Full-time associates are always scheduled for 40 hours. We offer weekly pay, as well as a generous employee discount, special discounts for large projects, and store credit for those who qualify.
